Unhealthy eaten sometimes but not on a daily

Unhealthy carbs are carbs that may be high in calories, Low in fiber or High in sodium etc. Some examples of unhealthy carbed foods may be Pastries, cookies, cake or ice cream. All of these are very high in sugar depending on what food it is. Carbed foods can be eaten sometimes but not on a daily basis. The amount of calories in unhealthy carbs is high so make sure to search up your average calories you need per day according by your weight and age. But if you keep eating all those gross unhealthy foods, it can go the wrong way and effect your body in many different ways. One example of what can affect your body is obesity. Since these unhealthy carbs don’t give you the proper nutrients and amount of calories, you can become obese if you eat them daily. Obesity is a very common thing from eating bad carbs because when you first start eating bad carbs on a daily basis, you will become addicted to them and will be hard to break the addiction. Another thing that can happen to your body if you eat these bad carbs too much is Diabetes. The high amounts of sugars and starch in bad carbs could increase your blood pressure rapidly after any meal in your day. For unhealthy fats, there are different types. One type is saturated fats. Saturated fats contain foods such as red meat (beef, lamb or pork), Chicken skin, Ice cream or Lard etc. The other type is named Trans fats. Trans fats contain things such as Cookies, Muffins, Doughnuts, Fried foods, Microwaved popcorn, Chips or Crackers etc. You can have fats at least once or day but make sure to check your average amount you should be eating per day counting on your age and weight ex: If I was on a 2000 calorie diet per day, I should be having an average amount of 400-700 calories that come from fat foods per day. If you eat too many unhealthy fats, you can put your body to risk in many different ways such as Heart Disease. The saturated fat will increase the risk to getting heart disease or cardiovascular disease. Another thing that will put your body to risk when eating a lot of fat is Increasing calories. Fats contain 9 calories per gram and that is almost double the size of calories in nutrients and carbs. Fat foods like bacon, eggs or meat are all high calorie foods. Eating too many of these foods can cause bad eating habit every day and puts you at risk to gain weight that can affect your body.
